R&D Technician

What you will do

• Prepare samples for various characterization activities under the guidance of experienced researchers.
• Produce formulation samples for lithography research.
• Use track equipment to create thin films on wafers through spin coating.
• Conduct related optical analysis, patterning, testing, and experiments.
• Discuss experimental results and collaborate with experienced researchers.

Requirements

• Two-year or four-year college degree.
• Degree in chemistry, materials science, chemical engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to quickly understand and adapt to new tasks and requirements.
• Accurate experimental execution and data organization skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic English reading and speaking ability and a strong commitment to safety are required.
