Sr Principal Customer Engagement Engineer - HSV (Design Verification): Supporting top Asia-Pacific customers in addressing design and verification challenges with an accent on technical problem analysis, customer-facing delivery, and collaboration with R&D. Focus on leading technical campaigns, supporting local application engineering teams, and translating field feedback into effective solutions.

Location: Gyeonggi-do (Seoul), South Korea

What you will do

Work with top customers in the Asia-Pacific region to understand design and verification challenges.
Collaborate with HVS R&D to ensure solutions address customer needs.
Lead critical technical campaigns and deliver high-quality technical work.
Analyze and solve complex technical problems proactively.
Support local Application Engineer teams and coordinate with field teams.
Communicate customer feedback and requirements clearly to R&D.

Requirements

Strong technical problem analysis and solving skills.
Strong customer-facing communication skills.
Very good communication skills in English and Korean are required.
Ability to collaborate with field teams, R&D, and application engineering teams.
