People Partner Director – Resins & Filtration – Pensacola/Muskegon

Location: On-site in either Pensacola, Florida, or Muskegon, Michigan, United States. Expected travel is up to 15% for team meetings, projects, and kaizens.

Annual salary: $165,000–$200,000, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Develop and execute people strategies for the Pensacola and Muskegon sites and US-based Resins and Filtration leaders.
• Support organizational design, workforce planning, succession pipelines, and headcount actions.
• Ensure consistent people governance, policy compliance, employee relations, and workforce risk management.
• Partner with the Labor and Employee Relations Center of Excellence on complex, sensitive, high-risk matters, including crisis and emergency response.
• Coach leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, employee relations, and change management.
• Use people insights, workforce analytics, technology, and continuous improvement methods to improve talent and organizational outcomes.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree and 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience; an MBA is preferred.
• Broad HR generalist expertise across employee relations, compliance, talent, engagement, and local execution of global standards.
• Experience coaching and influencing leaders on sensitive matters and adopting self-service and case-management practices.
• Experience leading moderately to highly complex HR projects and change initiatives with measurable improvements to the associate experience.
• Ability to use people data and associate insights to identify trends and recommend actions.
• Sound judgment, confidentiality, integrity, continuous improvement orientation, and familiarity with lean principles and structured problem solving.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated environments and HR governance, including legal entity, audit, regulatory, and crisis-response matters.
• Experience in complex, matrixed, and global organizations.
• Experience using digital, analytics, or AI-enabled tools for HR decision-making and execution.
