SEQ Non-Tech Project Manager (Semiconductor)

Location: Singapore, SGP. Travel required approximately 10% of the time; relocation eligible.

What you will do

• Define project and program objectives, outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource plans.
• Manage projects and programs against product and process specifications, costs, resource utilization, and delivery timelines.
• Document project, program, and process development activities and transfer information to relevant functions.
• Manage the program for On Site Technical Representatives and support the Supplier Excursion Response Team.
• Provide direction to OSTR employees and administer applicable company policies.
• Present technical project and schedule information and recommend improvements to program performance and compliance.

Requirements

• Experience with project or program management in a manufacturing or technical environment.
• Ability to analyze situations and data, review relevant factors, and exercise judgment within established procedures.
• Ability to coordinate resources and ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, confidentiality, and business conduct standards.
• Ability to gain cooperation from others and present technical information about projects and schedules.
• Willingness to work in Singapore and travel approximately 10% of the time.
