Base compensation: $127,500–$249,350 per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end CIO advisory engagements, including scope, planning, delivery, and outcomes.
• Design platform strategies and IT operating models for complex enterprise environments.
• Run executive workshops and align business and technology leaders on strategic tradeoffs.
• Drive portfolio-level transformation planning, including dependencies, sequencing, and value realization.
• Support pursuits through proposals, executive storylines, and collaborative selling.
• Mentor teams and build organizational capability through structured coaching.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of consulting or equivalent leadership experience in enterprise technology transformation.
• Expertise in enterprise architecture, platform strategy, and operating model design.
• Strong executive presence, decision-driving facilitation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience with collaborative selling, business development, and leading teams through ambiguity and political complexity.
• Strong AI literacy, including generative AI concepts, AI-enabled opportunities, and responsible AI principles covering ethics, privacy, security, and governance.
