Associate Principal - Content Transformation (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in the United States, with locations in Philadelphia, Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Evanston, Thousand Oaks, Princeton, Bellevue, South San Francisco, and New York. On-site presence at client or hirify.global offices and travel for client-facing work are required.

Salary: $220,000–$240,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the Content Transformation capability within the Digital Customer Experience practice.
• Develop and deliver large-scale digital transformation programs across Life Sciences and other priority industries.
• Drive sales cycles for modular content supply chain programs, including Intelligent Content Factory design and implementation.
• Lead content transformation across planning, regulatory approval, personalization, and digital channel deployment.
• Implement and integrate Adobe Experience Cloud platforms, AWS-based solutions, and Veeva PromoMats.
• Build client relationships, shape digital operating models and roadmaps, and lead global teams of content strategists, engineers, stewards, and operations specialists.

Requirements

• Deep experience designing, architecting, and building modern Content Factories and modular content transformation programs.
• Expertise in content supply chain processes, including planning, tagging, variant generation, personalization, and solution architecture.
• Technical experience with Adobe Experience solutions, including DAM, CMS, CDP, Workfront, and AWS cloud architectures.
• Experience leading transformation programs spanning business strategy, advanced analytics, AI, and digital marketing technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field; 5+ years of leadership experience in management consulting or marketing agency services.
• Must have U.S. work authorization that does not now or in the future require employer sponsorship; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Experience with Medical, Regulatory, and Legal processes and Veeva PromoMats in Life Sciences.
• Background in agency operations, content production, deployment, and optimization.
