Enterprise AI Transformation Strategist (Financial Services)

Location: New York, United States; hybrid

Salary: $230,000–$300,000 OTE annually, excluding equity and other compensation.

What you will do

• Partner with C-suite executives and senior leaders to define AI transformation strategies, operating models, workflows, and value chains.
• Lead executive workshops, discovery sessions, business cases, value models, and AI use-case prioritization.
• Build adoption roadmaps connecting workflow redesign, technology readiness, change management, governance, and value tracking.
• Lead transformation offices for strategic accounts, managing stakeholders, workstreams, timelines, risks, dependencies, and executive communication.
• Collaborate with Product, Solutions Engineering, Delivery, and Customer teams to deploy AI agents and workflow automation.
• Create reusable transformation frameworks, playbooks, maturity models, workshop formats, and value assessment tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, enterprise transformation, digital transformation, AI/data strategy, or complex enterprise delivery.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation programs with senior business and technology stakeholders, including workstream planning, risk management, executive reporting, and delivery governance.
• Deep familiarity with financial services, including banking, insurance, payments, operational workflows, regulatory realities, and transformation priorities.
• Practical fluency in generative AI, agentic AI, automation, data, and enterprise systems.
• Strong executive presence, business-case development, roadmap creation, ownership, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
• Willingness to travel for customer workshops and executive meetings.

Nice to have

• Experience at a top-tier consulting firm, enterprise software company, or AI company.
• MBA or another advanced degree.
• Experience with Fortune 1000 or global enterprises.
