Sr. Technical Professional - Systems Engineering ADSS (Test and Evaluation/Defence Systems): Coordinating and delivering Test and Evaluation activities for the LAND 4140 program while supporting the integration, testing, installation, and sustainment of C4 systems on Army platforms with an accent on land-worthiness, systems engineering, and defence governance. Focus on authoring T&E strategies and master plans, conducting mechanical engineering analysis and design reviews, and preparing verification, validation, and technical certification documentation.

What you will do
- Coordinate and deliver Test and Evaluation activities for the LAND 4140 program across the product lifecycle.
- Support the Platform Integration Team and work with the Project Manager, Army stakeholders, and commercial partners.
- Develop and maintain T&E Strategies, Test and Evaluation Master Plans, and inputs to systems, safety, and configuration management plans.
- Provide T&E advice supporting land-worthiness, capability decisions, platform upgrades, and future work take-ons.
- Conduct mechanical design reviews, engineering analysis, and mechanical component integration.
- Prepare technical certification plans, engineering assessments, design artefacts, and verification and validation reports.
Requirements
- Engineering qualification.
- Qualified Test and Evaluation practitioner with more than 3 years of recent defence industry experience.
- Understanding of Defence Test and Evaluation systems engineering concepts and policies.
- Understanding of the One Defence Capability System.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team engagement.
- Active NV1 Defence Security Clearance or higher is required.
