Project Manager (Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Deliver a portfolio of design and consulting projects across Queensland's Infrastructure Solutions business.
• Manage projects independently or contribute to major infrastructure programs as part of a project management team.
• Lead delivery safely, on schedule, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Oversee investigations, options analysis, planning, specifications, design, project engineering, and commissioning activities.
• Build strong relationships with clients, internal teams, external stakeholders, and project partners.
• Support business growth, lead project teams, and mentor colleagues.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in a consulting environment.
• Experience managing small to medium-sized projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Engineering background combined with project management experience, preferably in Australian transport, maritime, water utilities, or broader infrastructure sectors.
• Ability to build lasting client and colleague relationships and influence project outcomes.
• Project Management certification is preferred but not essential; Defence Security Clearance is highly regarded but not essential.

Nice to have

• Exposure to multiple infrastructure sectors.
• Experience in investigations, planning, specifications, design, project engineering, or commissioning.
• Industry-recognised Project Management certification.
• Defence Security Clearance.
