In-Process Inspector (Weekend)

Location: Hollister, California, United States; onsite manufacturing role.

Salary: $21.44–$39.81 per hour, plus eligibility for a bonus.

What you will do

• Perform visual, dimensional, mechanical, and electrical inspections using established procedures and precision measuring equipment.
• Use calipers, micrometers, optical comparators, and electrical test equipment.
• Interpret engineering drawings and written work instructions.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and prioritize work to minimize production delays.
• Plan and execute assigned tasks, collaborate across manufacturing areas, and interface with customer representatives.
• Attend offsite training when required to maintain certifications.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of experience in manufacturing or quality is preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude, strong mathematical and analytical skills, and careful attention to detail.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and work with different people and areas as business needs require.
• US citizenship or other qualifying US-person status is required due to government contractual and export-control requirements; continued employment depends on obtaining necessary authorizations where applicable.

Nice to have

• IPC or J-Standard certification.
• Experience with mechanical measuring tools and optical comparators.
