Channel Solutions Consultant 2 (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote within the United States, with listed locations in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Denver, Colorado. Travel is required as needed for partner meetings, technical enablement sessions, and strategic events.

Salary: $206,400–$283,800 per year, depending on qualifications, experience, and work location. Additional compensation may include restricted stock units and a bonus.

What you will do

• Lead technical strategy for strategic national reseller partners across sales, presales, delivery, and managed services.
• Build relationships with partner executives, practice owners, services leaders, architects, and Channel Business Managers.
• Guide the creation of partner-led security services, including assessments, implementation frameworks, operational runbooks, and managed security offerings.
• Design and deliver advanced, mentorship-based enablement for partner technical sellers and services teams.
• Orchestrate technical sellers, architects, services teams, sales leadership, and marketing around partner readiness and growth priorities.
• Provide strategic guidance and escalation support for complex technical challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partner solution consulting, systems engineering, security architecture, or a related technical role in enterprise technology or cybersecurity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Broad technical knowledge of the Palo Alto Networks Platform and experience enabling security practices across their lifecycle.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; immigration and work visa sponsorship is not available.
• Relevant professional-level security or cloud certifications are preferred.
• Experience with top-tier national VARs or large systems integrators is a plus.

Nice to have

• Palo Alto Networks Professional-level certification in Network Security, Security Operations, or Cloud Security.
• CISSP certification.
• AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud certification.
• Experience working with large systems integrators or national VARs.
