Security Architect (Cybersecurity)

Location: Worldwide; fully remote

Salary: EUR 5,500–6,500 per month gross; final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Act as the lead technical authority in client discovery sessions and meetings.
• Identify security risks, maturity gaps, and business drivers.
• Design tailored security services and define solution architecture, scope, delivery models, and effort estimates.
• Present and defend security solutions to CISOs, CIOs, and executive stakeholders.
• Support delivery managers with RFP responses and complex bids.
• Engage security leaders through workshops, briefings, advisory sessions, and thought-leadership activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of cybersecurity experience, including 2+ years in a client-facing role such as pre-sales, security architecture, or security consulting.
• Broad knowledge of security operations, offensive security, cloud security, identity, incident response, governance, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST CSF, DORA, NIS2, and PCI DSS.
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or above required.

Nice to have

• CISSP, CCSP, SABSA, Microsoft SC-100, or an equivalent certification.
• Russian or Arabic language skills.
• Experience with financial services clients.
