Senior Consultant, AI Development and Go to Market Strategy (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; travel is required to meet with communities, partners, and allies.

Salary: $168,827–$191,848 annually.

What you will do

• Guide the development, testing, deployment, and refinement of AI tools across a network of more than 170 partner communities.
• Own the technical architecture for the AI portfolio and determine what to build internally versus what to develop with partners or contractors.
• Establish privacy-safe, local deployment approaches for tools that handle sensitive client data.
• Manage technology and funding partnerships, including opportunities through corporate AI programs, accelerators, and philanthropy.
• Oversee pilots, gather feedback from partner communities, and define scale strategies for high-impact tools.
• Develop go-to-market budgets and present recommendations to the Executive Team and Board of Directors.

Requirements

• Experience building with current AI tools and shipping working software across APIs, prototyping, and data work.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to determine which solutions are worth building.
• Experience managing external technology or funding partnerships.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with a bias toward shipping.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with field users, technology partners, and funders.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States and travel as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with model deployment, security, and compliance.
• Familiarity with homelessness, human services, or related data.
