Senior Vice President of Strategy (AI)

Location: United States — Remote

Salary: $150,000 CAD–$200,000 USD annually, depending on experience and location.

What you will do

• Lead and evolve the strategy practice across the Americas.
• Advise CMOs, CIOs, and other executive stakeholders on brand, customer experience, data, technology, and AI transformation.
• Shape strategic pursuits, lead pursuit narratives, and support proposals, RFPs, and client presentations.
• Develop scalable offerings across strategy, brand, data activation, personalization, and AI.
• Represent hirify.global through conferences, executive forums, analyst briefings, and thought leadership.
• Build and develop a high-performing strategy team and establish scalable operating models.

Requirements

• Significant experience in strategy consulting, digital consulting, business transformation, or a related advisory discipline.
• Proven experience advising marketing and technology executives on growth and transformation initiatives.
• Deep understanding of customer experience, brand strategy, data activation, personalization, and AI-driven transformation.
• Experience leading complex multidisciplinary pursuits through deal closure.
• Experience building strategy or advisory teams and defining operating models and methodologies.
• Excellent executive communication, storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder-influence skills.

• External market presence through speaking, published thought leadership, analyst engagement, or industry participation.
• Experience across brand, marketing, data, and technology transformation initiatives.
• Relationships with strategic alliance or technology partners.
• Experience supporting global clients and large-scale transformation programs.
