Senior Associate (New Verticals)

Location: New York City, United States. On-site role requiring in-person work at the office 4–5 days per week. Relocation packages are available.

Salary: $100,000–$160,000 USD per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Support the identification, incubation, launch, and scaling of new products and market opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across Product, Engineering, Go-to-Market, Operations, and Customer Success.
• Work directly with clients to analyze workflows, goals, launch requirements, and product adoption.
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, market dynamics, and growth metrics.
• Support go-to-market strategy development, including segmentation, positioning, pricing, and launch planning.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, product management, or similar roles in technology or high-growth environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and market insights for strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across diverse teams.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and accountable in fast-paced environments.
• Evidence of an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take ownership.
• Willingness to work in person at the New York City office 4–5 days per week.
