Associate (AI)

Location: Palo Alto, California; in-person work in the Palo Alto office five days a week. Full-time employees must currently reside in one of the eligible U.S. states or Ontario, Canada.

Base salary: $120,000–$160,000 USD annually, plus possible stock options.

hirify.global is a Series C, Y Combinator-backed technology startup building an AI-powered advisor for managing physical assets such as cars, homes, motorcycles, RVs, and boats.

What you will do

• Work directly with the cofounder and CEO on high-leverage business problems during a rapid growth phase.
• Contribute across product, growth, operations, finance, engineering, and data.
• Help execute strategies for new products including home insurance, property tax, motorcycle insurance, repair shop bids, and roadside assistance.
• Break down ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses and actionable solutions.
• Develop the experience needed to progress into product, growth, or functional leadership.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, venture capital, private equity, or a startup environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as STEM or economics.
• Ownership mindset, resilience, tenacity, and a strong bias for action.
• Ability to work in person at the Palo Alto office five days a week, at least until operating independently.
• Current residence in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada is required for hiring.
