Strategy & Operations Manager, Supply Growth (Logistics)

Location: Remote within the United States; Ventura, California headquarters

What you will do

• Plan supply builds and manage driver onboarding, activation, and lifecycle communications across markets.
• Identify new growth levers across the driver and carrier network and turn promising opportunities into scalable programs.
• Design and run pilot experiments with clear hypotheses, metrics, and evaluation criteria.
• Partner with Operations, Product, and Support to improve driver onboarding and activation.
• Report supply growth trends, risks, and opportunities to leadership.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ownership, bias for action, and ability to execute in ambiguous environments.
• Comfort with high-volume hands-on work, including outreach, calls, and follow-ups.
• Strong data and analytical skills, including the ability to independently use SQL and Google Sheets.
• Ability to form hypotheses, create clear plans, define measurable outcomes, and scale successful experiments.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders at every level.

Nice to have

• Experience in logistics, marketplaces, gig economy platforms, or startup operations.
• Experience recruiting, onboarding, or engaging drivers, couriers, or gig workers at scale.
• Experience building partnerships or managing vendor and BPO relationships.
• Familiarity with carrier and fleet operations, including FMCSA, DOT, and owner-operators.
