Senior Operations Analyst (Supply Chain)

Location: Fully onsite in Bridgewater, Massachusetts, United States; up to 10% domestic travel may be required.

Salary: $79,000–$127,650 per year.

What you will do

• Support the Bridgewater Value Added Service Center and Mooresville Distribution Center as a supply chain delivery subject matter expert.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Commercial, Planning, and Deliver teams on business initiatives, issue management, and customer improvements.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify root causes, trends, and scenarios, then implement solutions for complex operational issues.
• Improve delivery setup and execution processes for new product introductions and quarter-end planning.
• Lead advanced projects that improve departmental supply chain efficiency, including change impact assessments and execution recommendations.
• Create executive summaries and use Power BI and related process-excellence tools to support strategic decisions.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of relevant work experience in supply chain, including planning, order fulfillment, sourcing, manufacturing, transportation, distribution, or project management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field; 8–10 years of relevant supply chain experience may substitute for a degree.
• Strong data analysis skills, including root-cause analysis, trend analysis, and scenario planning.
• Experience leading work against performance targets and timelines, with strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Bridgewater, Massachusetts, with up to 10% domestic travel.

Nice to have

• Advanced analytics, automation, data visualization, Tableau, or additional Power BI experience.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP platforms.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification.
• Interest in improving existing processes through new solutions.
