Salary: $74,000–$131,890 per year base salary for U.S.-based roles; offers may vary by experience and geographic location.

What you will do

• Define business capabilities and translate them into requirements, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze complex processes, identify underlying business problems, and shape scalable solutions aligned with strategic program objectives.
• Facilitate working sessions to align stakeholders on objectives, priorities, requirements, and expected outcomes.
• Act as a liaison between business partners, product managers, architects, engineering, and IT teams.
• Validate solutions throughout design, development, and testing to confirm requirements and intended business outcomes are met.
• Drive complex initiatives independently despite changing priorities, evolving scope, and incomplete requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of business analysis experience supporting requirements gathering, business process mapping, and system implementations.
• Experience analyzing complex processes and delivering process improvements using process improvement methodologies.
• Experience facilitating working sessions and driving outcomes.
• Documented deliverables in transformation projects, including business requirements, user stories, and UAT documentation.
• Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce, CPQ, or SAP S/4.
