Facility Coordinator

Location: Full-time on-site at an hirify.global-designated worksite in Glendale, California

Salary: $30.00–$35.00 per hour

What you will do

• Assist the Engineering and Facility Operations teams with building systems, mechanical equipment, FF&E, grounds, and infrastructure maintenance.
• Perform lighting, plumbing, HVAC support, door, lock, flooring, furniture, painting, staining, and carpentry repairs.
• Conduct site inspections, create and complete CMMS work orders, record utility meter readings, and respond to service requests.
• Escort vendors, coordinate contracted services, and support event setups, emergency preparedness drills, and facility emergencies.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas, manage materials and storeroom inventory, and perform debris removal and rain preparation.
• Support compliance with OSHA, ADA, safety, and other regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of facilities or related trades experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building automation systems.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and hold a valid state Class C driver’s license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
• Ability to work full-time on-site at an hirify.global-designated worksite.
