Maintenance Supervisor (Property Maintenance)

What you will do

• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliance, HVAC, pool, landscaping, and general property issues.
• Perform hands-on maintenance, including furniture repairs, drain unclogging, painting, replacements, and basic security installations.
• Prioritize and resolve maintenance issues before guest arrivals and during stays.
• Inspect properties and grounds for safety, cleanliness, and upkeep.
• Coordinate third-party vendors, assist with quotes, and document maintenance and billing details.
• Support onboarding of new properties and maintain tools, furniture, and heating and cooling supplies.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in property management, hotel, or apartment complex maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of property upkeep, electrical, plumbing, pool, HVAC, and landscaping work.
• Ability to troubleshoot technology issues and document work using task management applications.
• Ability to work independently, lift heavy objects, and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Must provide personal tools.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays with a flexible schedule.
