EVS Project Tech Full-time Second Shift

Location: 300 Randall Rd., Geneva, Illinois, United States. On-site evening shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM with rotating weekends.

Salary: USD 17.24–24.14 per hour

What you will do

• Clean and service hospital, clinical, treatment, surgical, and ancillary areas.
• Restore hard-surface floors through stripping, refinishing, shower scrubbing, and burnishing.
• Perform carpet care, including vacuuming, damp buffing, shampooing, hot-water extraction, and spot extraction.
• Complete upholstery cleaning, wall washing, cubicle curtain handling, ledge cleaning, and other project work.
• Operate and track room assignments, equipment setup and breakdown, and the Altrapure disinfecting system.
• Maintain safe, sanitary, organized work areas while providing respectful service to patients, visitors, and coworkers.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience.
• Ability to read English and understand equipment manuals.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, dilution ratios, safety procedures, PPE, and infection-control practices.
• Ability to perform Environmental Services Technician, Sanitation Technician, or Service Associate duties when needed.
• Professional communication, teamwork, customer service, and respect for patient privacy.

Nice to have

• One to three years of environmental services experience in a healthcare or hospitality environment.
