Assistant Property Manager

Location: Onsite in the Charlottesville, Virginia office, United States

Salary: $31.68–$34.23 per hour

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors.
• Respond to tenant needs and support lease obligations.
• Prepare ownership reports, budgets, and other management reports.
• Manage work orders, service requests, rent and expense payments, property maintenance, and vendor compliance.
• Coordinate service contracts, bid packages, property inspections, and recommendations for improving commercial property management.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in real estate; commercial real estate experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi or MRI.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
