Real Estate Analyst (Renewable Energy)

Location: United States, flexible, Colorado; up to 10% travel may be required.

Salary: $68,000–$81,600 per year, plus annual bonus.

What you will do

• Support real estate activities for solar, wind, thermal, and energy storage projects across development, construction, and financing.
• Coordinate surveys, site plan reviews, buildable area analyses, site visits, and title insurance activities.
• Maintain land-related data and support its integration with GIS platforms.
• Route and track vendor invoices through SAP Fiori.
• Review title reports, ALTA surveys, site control agreements, and title-related curative documents.
• Collaborate with title companies, brokers, surveyors, government agencies, landowners, attorneys, utilities, investors, and internal project teams.

Requirements

• Foundational knowledge of real estate principles, processes, and industry practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, work independently, and collaborate effectively.
• Interest in renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure development.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; employment authorization is verified through the I-9 and E-Verify process.

Nice to have

• Experience in real estate development, renewable energy, infrastructure, land administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with SAP, GIS, and Google Earth.
• Experience with mineral ownership research, utility crossing consents, mortgage subordinations, or title curative work.
