Field Supervisor

Location: San Diego, California, United States; on-site

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year, plus potential discretionary annual bonus

What you will do

• Supervise, coach, train, and mentor field staff delivering appliances through the Energy Savings Assistance Main Program.
• Review daily schedules, routing, and appointments to support efficient field operations.
• Monitor performance, conduct quality assurance audits and ride-alongs, and report updates to the Senior Manager.
• Lead daily safety and production meetings and facilitate team meetings when the Senior Manager is absent.
• Ensure enrollment and appliance delivery documentation is complete, accurate, and timely.
• Address customer service concerns and implement process improvements to increase productivity and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of sales experience, or equivalent direct program knowledge.
• At least one year of experience supervising staff.
• Valid California driver’s license in good standing, a reliable vehicle, and minimum required vehicle insurance.
• Ability to work in field and office environments, enter private homes, and work evenings or weekends when necessary.
• Ability to walk or drive for up to 85% of the shift, use stairs and ladders, bend and reach, and lift up to 15 pounds.
