Real Estate Manager (AI)

Location: On-site at least four days per week at the hirify.global Center in Maplewood, Minnesota, another local hirify.global office, Austin, Texas, or Bracknell, UK. Travel may include up to 40%. Relocation assistance may be authorized. Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employment visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Lead complex real estate transactions, projects, and global real estate strategy.
• Analyze alternatives, valuations, and financial-statement impacts and provide recommendations to business, finance, and executive management.
• Represent the Real Estate Department in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, including due diligence and post-closing integration.
• Manage real estate assets affected by environmental constraints, specialized use, zoning, or other complex conditions.
• Develop contract negotiation points and support real estate counsel during negotiations.
• Improve data management, reporting, department processes, and cross-functional corporate initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, business, engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in complex real estate work.
• At least five years of experience across multiple asset classes, including manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, and office properties.
• Experience with real estate finance, financial modeling, leasing, purchase and sale transactions, title issues, zoning, environmental matters, and negotiation.
• Ability to independently manage a large volume of varied and complex projects and communicate business and financial impacts.
• Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without employment visa sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in real estate, business, or finance.
• Experience with SAP and real estate database management.
• Experience in large, matrixed organizations and international real estate practices.
• Experience applying AI in real estate.
• Experience with land planning, permitting, mining, or large-scale industrial projects.
