Clinical ABA Implementation Manager (SaaS EMR)

Location: Hybrid work in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, or Holmdel, New Jersey, United States

Base salary: $60,000–$80,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end SaaS EMR implementation projects from planning and requirements gathering through configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Develop project plans, timelines, meeting agendas, minutes, and implementation documentation.
• Document customer business processes and industry-specific requirements, then configure the EMR system accordingly.
• Coordinate user training and create guides, video tutorials, FAQs, and other training materials.
• Oversee data management, workflow testing, product validation, quality assurance, and post-implementation support.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve technical and operational issues, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for additional products and services.

Requirements

• Fundamental understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Knowledge of SaaS products, data import/export, product configuration, and industry-specific applications.
• Experience or education in customer onboarding, implementation, or SaaS product support.
• Strong organization, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
