Customer Onboarding Manager (SaaS)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; hybrid work with office attendance required on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday

Base salary: $88,000–$110,000 CAD annually

What you will do

• Lead implementation projects for hirify.global’s cloud-based accounts payable automation solution.
• Guide customers through technical integrations and provide expert problem-solving support.
• Manage project timelines, tasks, and development efforts to keep implementations on track.
• Act as a trusted customer advisor throughout the implementation journey and support product adoption.
• Document implementation learnings in the internal knowledge base.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to share customer insights and support revenue goals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in implementation, project management, consulting, onboarding, or customer success for SaaS applications.
• Strong project management and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced professional environment.
• Passion for customer service and proactive problem-solving.
• Ability to work in the Toronto hybrid model with office attendance on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with ERP or accounting applications such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Intacct.
• Knowledge of accounts payable, procurement, or financial services solutions.
• Ability to read, debug, and understand web applications, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API calls.
• Startup experience or professional use of AI tools to automate and scale workflows.
