What you will do

• Design, execute, and analyze experiments for 12nm-and-beyond silicon transistor technology.
• Optimize semiconductor devices and manufacturing processes for device characterization.
• Apply semiconductor device physics, process integration methods, and physics-based modeling.
• Monitor device variability and reliability to support manufacturability.
• Collaborate with FEOL integration, unit process, reliability, modeling, and customer design teams.
• Enable new technology features and device introductions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Solid State Physics, or a related field, expected by 2027.
• Overall GPA of at least 3.0 and good academic standing.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Written and verbal English fluency required.

Nice to have

• Related internship or co-op experience.
• Leadership experience in work, academic projects, or competitions.
• Experience with data automation and scripting using Python, R, SQL, or JMP/JSL.
• Experience designing, executing, and analyzing experiments.
• Project management, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Interest in using AI tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity and decision-making.
