Location: Chesapeake, Virginia, United States. Field-based work conducted on-site at customer locations, with overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight stays as required.
Salary: $28.64–$44.31 per hour.

What you will do
- Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up commercial HVAC systems.
- Coordinate with team leaders, project managers, and customers on installations and repairs.
- Diagnose and repair equipment using software, hand tools, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
- Serve as the direct customer contact and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Record equipment and asset conditions while enforcing high safety standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Typically 5+ years of HVAC experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and handheld computers such as smartphones or iPads.
- Valid driver’s license held for at least 12 months with an acceptable driving record.
- EPA certification.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight assignments.
