Service Coordinator

Location: Memphis, Tennessee, United States. Work onsite Monday through Thursday; choose the work location on Fridays based on business needs.

Annual base salary range: $38,285–$53,655. Compensation type: hourly.

What you will do

• Coordinate service resources, dispatch personnel, and assign team members to projects.
• Schedule employees, materials, subcontractors, and equipment according to project requirements, skills, and availability.
• Coordinate the dispatch of controls and HVAC technicians with project managers and field technician supervisors.
• Coordinate with the Parts Department and Acquisition teams when needed.
• Investigate customer concerns, route them to the appropriate staff, and respond to special requests.
• Generate work orders, review project documentation, forward paperwork to project administrators, and prepare reports.

Requirements

• College or technical school certificate/degree with one year of related experience and/or training, or three years of related experience and/or training with a high school diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service skills and confidence communicating by phone.
• Strong organization, multitasking, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when required.
• Practical experience is valued; a four-year degree is not required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Energy Management Systems, HVAC Systems, and/or Temperature Controls.
