Paving Coordinator (Gas Operations)

Location: Auburn, Massachusetts, with travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire as required

Salary: $92,400–$102,670 annually, plus potential incentive

What you will do

• Inspect paving-related activities, trenches, and pavement restoration across the gas distribution area.
• Coordinate paving work plans with master schedules to support timely and cost-effective distribution projects.
• Supervise paving, concrete, landscaping, and other restoration contractors.
• Resolve paving-related issues and disputes with contractors, city officials, towns, and district personnel.
• Support contractor scheduling, paving bids, personnel planning, and equipment coordination.
• Drive to job sites and customer premises, work outdoors in varied terrain and weather, and respond to emergency restoration assignments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of related experience in Gas Operations.
• Working knowledge of distribution construction standards, operating and maintenance procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel, with effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid motor vehicle operator license and ability to obtain and maintain required operator qualifications.
• Availability to travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire and to work emergency restoration assignments is required.
