Product Service Coordinator (Medical Devices)

Location: Skaneateles, New York, United States; onsite role

Salary: $44,800–$61,600 annual base salary

What you will do

• Receive returned medical devices, verify product information, and enter service details into SAP.
• Create and maintain service records covering customer accounts, billing, return authorizations, costs, revenue, and repair documentation.
• Review service paperwork and technical findings, documenting repairs, complaints, and service transactions.
• Create sales, exchange, loaner, and outbound delivery orders for repair and replacement activities.
• Communicate with customers about estimates, purchase orders, payments, service status, and product returns.
• Coordinate with Quality, Regulatory, Customer Service, Shipping, Technical Support, Engineering, Credit, and warehouse teams; escalate potential MDR-related events and quality concerns.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in service operations, customer service, order management, logistics, administrative support, data processing, or a related environment.
• Experience using computer-based systems to process orders, service transactions, customer information, or operational documentation.
• Accuracy in managing data across multiple systems in a high-volume workflow.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds. Applicants must already be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
