Logistics Analyst/Dispatcher

What you will do

• Coordinate drivers, trucks, containers, and daily service capacity to support efficient operations.
• Analyze route data and update daily and next-day routing plans using the internal routing platform.
• Monitor routes in progress, resolve operational issues, and ensure pickups and deliveries are completed on time.
• Manage driver safety, asset security, route compliance, disposal plans, and performance concerns.
• Identify missed pickups, service exceptions, swing-route opportunities, and other improvements to route design.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, the call center, and the Operations Manager to maintain service commitments.

Requirements

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and time-sensitive tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Experience in a customer-facing position.
• Two years of experience in dispatching or a similar leadership role preferred.
