Service Specialist (Foodservice Ventilation)

Location: Schofield, Wisconsin, United States; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 remote

Salary: $56,474–$69,762 base pay per year

Provides commercial foodservice ventilation solutions, including kitchen hoods, exhaust fans, make-up air systems, rooftop units, controls, variable volume systems, fire suppression, and utility distribution.

What you will do

• Own service engagements from vendor purchase-order generation through job closeout.
• Coordinate customers, contractors, vendors, Sales, and internal partners on requirements, schedules, and deliverables.
• Act as the primary customer-facing contact, provide status updates, and resolve routine customer issues.
• Track project activity, risks, trends, service documentation, calls, product questions, and field issues.
• Manage routine change orders and invoice discrepancies within defined authority limits, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Troubleshoot moderately complex service issues and identify process-improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, initiative, professionalism, quality, and productivity skills.
• Ability to solve problems independently within established guidelines.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement with three days in the Schofield office each week.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Experience with Excel and project-management software such as Procore.
