Technician-Support (HVAC)

Location: Valley View, Ohio, United States. Field-based work conducted on-site at customer locations; overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight stays may be required.

Salary: $15.07–$36.92 per hour.

What you will do

• Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up commercial HVAC systems.
• Coordinate with team leaders, project managers, and customers on on-site installations and repairs.
• Diagnose and repair equipment using software, hand tools, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
• Serve as the direct customer contact and maintain customer satisfaction at assigned locations.
• Maintain safety standards and document the use, condition, and accountability of company assets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or a certificate from an accredited technical school.
• Typically 0–2 years of HVAC experience; technical school or formal training is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and handheld computers such as smartphones or iPads.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least 12 months with an acceptable driving record.
• EPA certification, such as HVAC Journeyman, Boiler Operator, or Gas Installer, is preferred.
