Service Coordinator

Location: San Antonio, Texas, United States. On-site five days per week.

Salary: $47,310–$66,465 per year.

What you will do

• Coordinate service resources and dispatch team members to projects.
• Schedule personnel, materials, subcontractors, and equipment based on project requirements, skills, and availability.
• Assign and dispatch Controls Technicians and HVAC Technicians in coordination with Project Managers and the HVAC Field Technician Supervisor.
• Coordinate with the Parts Department and Acquisition as needed.
• Investigate customer concerns, route them to assigned staff, and respond to special requests.
• Generate work orders, review and forward project paperwork, and prepare reports.

Requirements

• College or technical school certificate/degree with one year of related experience or training, or a high school diploma/GED with three years of related experience or training.
• Excellent customer service and telephone communication skills.
• Strong organization, multitasking, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when required.
• Familiarity with energy management systems, HVAC systems, or temperature controls is preferred.
