Resource Coordinator TSE Central

Location: Orlando, Florida, United States. The role supports service activities across Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

What you will do

• Coordinate manpower, mobilization, tooling, and execution readiness for gas turbine outages and maintenance events.
• Serve as the interface between Field Service teams, regional planners, execution managers, and headquarters organizations.
• Manage tooling logistics, including ordering, shipping, tracking, returns, and regional compliance.
• Identify, resolve, and escalate staffing, site-readiness, travel-logistics, and tooling-availability issues.
• Maintain service-order, work-order, service-appointment, and related transactional data in SAP PD2 and Salesforce Lightning.
• Partner with regional and global teams to standardize processes and implement best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in Field Service Operations, planning, logistics, project coordination, or supply chain.
• Experience with SAP and strong proficiency in Excel.
• Fluent English and Spanish are required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

Nice to have

• Experience with gas turbines or power generation.
• Power BI or dashboard experience.
• Portuguese language skills.
