Client Services Representative (HVAC)

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah, United States. Hybrid schedule: onsite Monday through Thursday; Fridays offer flexibility based on work requirements. Customer support and sales activities may take place at client facilities.

Annual base salary: $74,923.33–$97,800.00. Incentive eligible; not eligible for sales commission.

What you will do

• Manage customer satisfaction, retention, growth, and account strategies for an assigned service agreement portfolio.
• Drive new mechanical service agreements, renewals, prospecting, lead management, and customer sales calls.
• Prepare and deliver quotations and proposals for time-and-material and quoted-job opportunities in coordination with estimating.
• Develop customer profiles, service delivery plans, budget plans, scheduled visits, and account growth strategies.
• Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours, address account issues, and support equipment uptime and reliability.
• Maintain accurate opportunities and sales pipeline data in Salesforce while coordinating with account managers, sales, and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a certificate with two years of work experience preferred.
• Customer service and relationship-building experience is advantageous.
• Strong customer focus, problem-solving, initiative, collaboration, adaptability, and results orientation.
• Mathematical aptitude and the ability to multitask and think critically in high-stress situations.
• Effective in-person, telephone, and written communication skills; occasional extended hours may be required.
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems preferred and a valid driver’s license held for at least 12 months required.
