Enterprise Transformation Lead (Healthcare)

Location: Remote in Kentucky, United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices may be required

Salary: $115,200–$158,400 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan

What you will do

• Plan, perform, and implement end-to-end process improvement and implementation initiatives across divisional and matrixed teams.
• Lead highly visible, cross-functional initiatives from concept through closure, managing project plans, charters, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Diagram and evaluate current processes, identify operational gaps, and develop metrics for performance measurement and continuous improvement.
• Collect and analyze data, determine root causes, measure performance against requirements, and align improvements with identified shortfalls.
• Consult on re-engineering techniques, operational readiness, implementation outcomes, and product or service quality.
• Drive stakeholder alignment through communications, training materials, status updates, and mitigation of risks and barriers.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required for this government contract position.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8+ years of technical experience in payor operations.
• 5+ years of project leadership experience.
• 5+ years of process improvement experience.
• 5+ years of executive communications experience, including reports and presentations.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare services.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Agile certification.
