Program Manager, Client Services (Healthcare)

Location: New Providence, New Jersey, United States of America. Candidates must reside in the same country where the job is located.

Salary: $85,000–$90,000 annually, plus potential incentives, bonuses, and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers and the Access or Affordability Support Services division.
• Coordinate daily workflows, staffing schedules, and operational procedures for client programs.
• Oversee virtual call center activities involving patients, providers, and third-party payers.
• Review insurance and provider communications, resolve questions, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain SOPs and version control, collect data, and prepare reports, presentations, and quarterly business reviews.
• Serve as the primary client contact and provide product or service information to customers, providers, and employees.

Requirements

• Residence in the United States is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years of relevant work experience, including call center management or supervisory experience.
• Five to seven years of pharmacy, healthcare, or related experience.
• Understanding of pharmacy and medical co-pay claims processing, insurance, and adjudication processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, change management, project management, team-building, PC application, data entry, and presentation skills; typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.

Nice to have

• One to two years of experience using IQVIA data and products.
• Knowledge of IQVIA databases and report creation processes.
