Senior Staff Enterprise Program Manager (Hybrid)

Location: US - Massachusetts; hybrid work arrangement with required on-site work from an hirify.global office. Travel is estimated at 10% and may vary with business needs.

Annual base salary: $161,800-$242,650, with possible incentive compensation.

hirify.global is a medical device company developing the Omnipod insulin management platform and connected digital health solutions for diabetes and other therapeutic areas.

What you will do

• Plan and deliver enterprise-wide strategic programs, including product and country launches and complex large-scale systems releases.
• Build and maintain 24-month integrated program plans, schedules, Gantt charts, status updates, and RAIDE registers.
• Coordinate dependencies across Agile teams, Agile Release Trains, Solutions PI Plans, and cross-functional workstreams.
• Lead release-based program core teams and guide project members in following design control procedures.
• Identify risks, issues, blockers, and mitigation options, escalating them when required to protect program delivery.
• Support Product Managers and Agile teams with change-impact analysis, scenario planning, and PI planning reviews.

Requirements

• Medical device program management experience.
• Agile/SAFe certification and transformation experience; project management certification is preferred.
• Experience leading the development, testing, and commercial launch of complex hardware, software, and cloud-connected medical devices.
• At least 10 years of overall technical work experience, including 10-12 years in program management.
• At least 5-7 years of experience managing and developing people directly or indirectly.
• Bachelor's degree and strong communication, collaboration, influencing, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, SAP, Okta, .NET, Mulesoft, Arena, Clarity, Polarion, or Drupal.
• Familiarity with MS 365, Miro, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Timeline Pro.
