Global Product Support Engineer III (Semiconductor)

Location: Kalispell, Montana, United States; 20% travel required. Relocation eligible.

Salary: $108,000–$148,500 per year

What you will do

• Develop and publish maintenance strategies for new products.
• Participate in laboratory and field installation of new products.
• Work with Manufacturing on procedures and new-product final testing.
• Create service procedures, Best Known Methods, Customer Engineering Notices, internal service bulletins, and troubleshooting guides.
• Drive resolution of field issues with Engineering and participate in beta-site test planning and reporting.
• Partner with Quality and Reliability teams and coordinate parts stocking requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in engineering or a technical field.
• Experience with project management, technical analysis, and hands-on troubleshooting of electrical, software, chemical, and mechanical systems.
• Strong collaboration, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel 20% of the time and work in Kalispell, Montana.
