Principal Integration Engineering (Semiconductor)

Salary: $85,000–$146,000 per year, depending on qualifications, experience, and location.

What you will do

• Lead process integration teams on baseline improvements and continuous improvement plans for 45RF and 45RFe technologies.
• Lead new product introductions with accurate execution, incorporate customer feedback, and debug issues through resolution.
• Collaborate with process module, yield engineering, program management, customer engineering, packaging, and reliability teams.
• Develop custom and derivative processes, module characterization plans, design rules, and test structures for new designs.
• Perform project management, data analysis, and technical problem solving for process integration and yield concerns.
• Support organizational goals while maintaining Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Solid State Physics, or another relevant physical science discipline.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and developing and delivering advanced technologies for mass production.
• Strong project management skills, including schedule, scope, and cost trade-offs.
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work at the Malta, New York, USA location.

Nice to have

• PhD in a relevant engineering or physical science discipline with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• FEOL/BEOL process experience with FinFET and FDSOI technologies.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and structured problem solving.
• Strong presentation and technical writing skills.
