Director of Beauty (Ecommerce)

Location: Lehi, Utah, US; hybrid schedule with 60% in-office attendance each week

What you will do

• Set the strategic direction for planning, forecasting, inventory optimization, buying, ordering, and excess management across Beauty brands.
• Lead category intake, assortment strategy, trading levers, promotional planning, and inventory health initiatives.
• Own executive-level relationships with brand partners and lead discussions on buy strategy, forecasts, and supply chain optimization.
• Set annual, quarterly, and weekly budgets with Finance and Brand Growth leadership.
• Lead onboarding strategies for new partners and sponsor initiatives that improve inventory productivity and margin.
• Build, develop, and manage Associate Directors and Managers while representing Beauty brands in senior leadership reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or a related field.
• Significant experience leading merchandising, buying, or inventory planning functions in the Beauty category.
• Proven ownership of P&L-level outcomes connected to inventory, margin, and revenue.
• Strong analytical, data management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Demonstrated success building and scaling high-performing teams.
• High ethical standards and the ability to collaborate across Beauty, Finance, and Brand Growth.
