Fulfillment Center Lead (Ecommerce)

Location: South Tacoma, Washington, United States; on-site

Salary: $23.50 per hour

What you will do

• Set and clarify departmental requirements and expectations while fostering teamwork, collaboration, and open communication.
• Mentor team members and provide training and development to improve performance and support individual growth.
• Track production metrics, use data to develop continuous-improvement strategies, and report results to management.
• Support the fulfillment center manager and area manager in developing long-term operational plans.
• Rotate across shifts or departments and work extended hours and holidays when required.
• Complete shift pass-downs, reports, and timecard reviews, including arriving 30 minutes early and staying 30 minutes after the shift.

Requirements

• Experience as a team member in inbound or outbound fulfillment operations.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to ensure safe working practices.
• Ability to document accidents and incidents promptly.
• Proactive approach to obstacles and ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work on-site in South Tacoma, Washington.
