Director of Fulfillment Center Operations (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Own the Dallas fulfillment center’s P&L, operational performance, and targets for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Plan labor and inventory capacity for fluctuating domestic and international inbound freight volumes while maintaining on-time shipping.
• Lead and develop Senior Operations Managers, Area Managers, and other leadership layers.
• Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methods to reduce waste, improve throughput, and optimize standard operating procedures.
• Partner with Engineering and Software teams to integrate automation, equipment, and infrastructure improvements.
• Coordinate with People & Culture, Transportation, and Vendor Management to align site operations with the broader supply chain strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in fulfillment, manufacturing, or distribution; e-commerce experience is preferred.
• 5+ years managing salaried leaders and experience overseeing teams of more than 300 people.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or an analytical Business field.
• Experience solving complex operational problems and optimizing systems.
• Ability to work on-site at the Dallas, TX fulfillment center.
