Associate Director, Network Strategy & Analytics (Network Planning)

What you will do

• Develop multi-year supply chain and network strategies covering inbound transportation, fulfillment, and outbound delivery.
• Build metrics, models, and analytical frameworks to evaluate network alternatives, tradeoffs, investments, and expected outcomes.
• Partner with data science, transportation, fulfillment, forecasting, engineering, operations, and real estate teams.
• Translate complex analyses into strategic options, recommendations, and investment considerations for senior leaders.
• Lead leadership reviews, clarify tradeoffs, and build alignment around long-term network plans.
• Guide and develop a team responsible for network strategy and analytics.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, transportation, operations management, network planning, or a related area.
• Experience leading and developing teams, setting goals, defining metrics, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Experience translating complex data and analytics into recommendations for strategic decisions.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
• Deep understanding of transportation, operations management, and supply chain planning.
• E-commerce experience and a BS/BA degree in a related field.
