Financial Relationship Banker (Banking)

What you will do

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Identify opportunities to retain and grow consumer and business relationships through appointments, referrals, follow-up programs, and structured sales processes.
• Identify customer goals and recommend appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services.
• Educate customers about bank products, services, and online, mobile, and ATM banking technology.
• Refer customers to other areas of the bank and build effective internal partnerships.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service and sales experience in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or a comparable military administration, contracting, or civil affairs role.
• Ability to build, deepen, and retain customer relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort using mobile and online banking technologies.
• Current full-time authorization to work in the United States; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree and one or more years of relevant customer service and sales experience.
• Knowledge of banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, presentation skills, and consumer and business deposit products.
