Head of Corporate Planning

What you will do

• Lead annual business planning aligned with corporate growth objectives, defining strategic priorities, investment areas, and KPIs.
• Conduct market, customer, industry, and competitive analysis to identify and prioritize growth opportunities.
• Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and go-to-market options, providing go/no-go recommendations.
• Translate market insights and strategic analysis into executive-level messaging and narratives.
• Support business transformation, new business launches, organizational initiatives, and alignment between global, local, and regional strategies.
• Prepare QBR and leadership meeting materials and support governance processes, agendas, and decision points.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in corporate planning, business development, strategy consulting, or a related role.
• Strong experience in market analysis, growth strategy development, and executive-level reporting.
• Ability to translate data and insights into actionable business strategies.
• Understanding of financial analysis, business metrics, and ROI evaluation.
• High integrity, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to build credibility with executive stakeholders.
• Fluent English and Japanese proficiency required.
